Resilience Leadership-Check (English)

You are in a leadership position and would like to know more about the topic of resilience and how you can promote your resilience and that of your employees.

The resilience leadership check contains 64 statements on strengthening your own resilience and 64 more on aspects of resilient leadership. You assess yourself and receive a detailed evaluation, which is discussed with you in a 2-hour coaching session.

You will receive valuable tips on strengthening your personal resilience and on aspects of resilient leadership.

Experience shows that 2 hours are rather short for a detailed discussion. Additional coaching hours can be booked if required.
